Our Pineal Gland

KYN-News did not say too much about this important topic, just a few words to help invite thought and discussion…

So what is this gland all about, what of its calcification, and what can we do about it?

Not only has the pineal gland long been considered an important consciousness-related gland within our brain, it has important functions connecting with the cerebral spinal fluid and the pituitary gland. Its age-old significance for spiritual development, including its capacity to improve mental health and empathy, is considered sacred by some.

Location of the Pineal

Damage to pineal gland

Damage to the pineal gland can be caused by a number of factors. Some of the main culprits include fluoride; EMF radiation; and lack of natural sunlight.

Roundup (or more specifically, the active ingredient therein glyphosate, is also considered to have a major negative impact. I personally also question the impact of ‘Apeel’ on pineal health.

Graphene oxide, as well as other heavy metals, may prevent healthy functioning of the pineal gland. Fluoride and graphene oxide may negatively impact the healthy redox functions of chloride, as well as form compounds that are detrimental to health with calcium and aluminium.

Some reports have been made that of the world’s population, people of Caucasian background are more likely to have calcified pineal glands than people of either African or Asian background.

Impact of pineal damage includes a long list of ill-health, as to be expected if the pineal contributes to the normal functions of the pituitary gland, itself responsible for approximately 32 hormones within the human body. Illnesses associated with pineal damage includes: seasonal affective disorder (therefore also mood disorders, depression and anxiety); Alzheimers and Parkinson; and abnormal circadian rhythms (thereby influencing sexual functions and cycles, as well as restorative sleep and cellular redox processes).

Improving pineal health

Increase consumption and exposure to fresh or natural water and natural sunlight (reduces chemicals in food, toothpaste, and water);

Walk barefoot on ground (neutralises and balances the body’s electro-magnetic fields).

Practice sunrise and sunset exposure (even with eyes closed);

Increase meditation frequency or practices.

Light

The pineal responds to photons which naturally emanate within healthy cerebral-spinal fluid.

Natural light, healthy water and balanced magnetic field are all important elements.

The CSF not only bathes the pineal, it is completely replaced every few hours… its composition is mainly blood plasma (with no red-blood cells) with sodium and chloride, essential for cellular health and photonic emulsions.

Spiritual element

In part due to its location and structure, it has long been associated with the third eye chakra (or at times one of the other ‘minor’ chakras within the head-space) and its connective function to spiritual insight.

Based on earlier texts, it has also been connected with the ‘seat of the soul’ within both western and eastern traditions (in the East, it is housed within the cave of Brahma).

Meditative technique…

Tongue on roof of mouth; mulabandha; third eye focus; CSF vortex focus on Cave of Brahma and pineal-pituitary-spinal-cord. Breath of fire.
